Welcome to STEM Comics Africa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to others

3. Services and Access

3.1 Free Digital Access

All digital comics, quizzes, games, and platform features are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3.2 Printed Comics

Printed comic books are available for purchase. Prices, availability, and delivery terms are subject to change. All sales are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

3.3 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

4. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.)
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share inappropriate content (violent, sexual, hateful)
• Manipulate badges, points, or achievements through cheating

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works

5.3 Educational Fair Use

Educators may use our content in classroom settings with proper attribution. Schools requiring broader usage rights should contact us for institutional licensing.

6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Printed comic prices are displayed in applicable currency and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Printed comics: Refunds available within 7 days if item is defective or damaged
• Digital content: No refunds for free digital access (as it's provided at no cost)
• To request a refund, contact support@stemcom.africa with order details

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (reviews, comments, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any laws or rights of others
• Your content is appropriate for our educational audience

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms.
